About Us

We are a Canadian couple who have been operating Casa Todo Bueno for nearly nine years. We've hosted people from all over the world and are proud to share our beautiful town of El Tránsito, Nicaragua.

Here you'll experience a real, authentic slice of Nicaragua in a small fishing village on the Pacific Ocean. El Tránsito provides a tranquil place to stay with excellent surf, tide pools, and enough amenities to be comfortable.

Our property is just a one-minute walk from the volcanic sand beach. You'll love the outdoor rancho with hammocks, the splash pool, and the shared kitchenette — everything you need to unwind after a day of exploring or surfing.

We're tucked away in the fishing village of El Tránsito on the Pacific coast — authentic, unspoiled, and far from the tourist crowds.

🏖️ Beach: 1-minute walk — volcanic sand, tide pools, and excellent surf breaks including the famous "Pistols" break.

🚗 Getting here: ~1 hour drive from Managua (MGA airport) or León. We can help arrange airport transfers.

🍽️ Nearby: Local restaurants, surf shops, and a small grocery within a 10–15 minute walk along the beach.
